Confidence

by clinic

Self-confidence is a person’s objective observations, feelings, thoughts and behaviors about his own worth and characteristics.
In other words, it is the way a person perceives himself.
There are a number of self-evaluations such as ‘seeing enough’, ‘confidence’ and ‘believing’ about oneself.
Confidence is dynamic. For this reason, the self-confidence of the individual does not have an equal or similar effect in all situations of life. It is perfectly natural to feel different from time to time in certain limits. For example; A person who is extremely self-confident in business life may be self-confident in social life. Every person has a certain amount of self-confidence.
Self-confident people are completely unshakable when they encounter a situation that they cannot do or fail in a job. On the contrary, these individuals think that they will overcome the problems they face in some way. Even if they cannot overcome the problem, they have the ability to manage the difficulties and emotions they face.
Self-confidence can appear in positive and negative forms. It can be characterized as sufficient/insufficient, high/low, self-confidence/self-confidence.
Developing/gaining self-confidence is possible by being patient and determined.

However, I would like to point out that;
I think self-confidence is misunderstood in society.
Self-confidence is not criticizing, judging, or imposing our own thoughts on the other person.
It is not at all to say what comes to our mind without thinking about whether the person in front of us will be offended or offended.
Confident people don’t always say ‘I am me’.
On the contrary, they know that their thoughts, feelings and ideas belong to their own self and they respect the self of the other person.
