Many studies have been conducted on the possible health effects of cinnamon in the past and today, and while some studies have found positive effects on health, no meaningful results have been reached in others. Therefore, further studies are required for definitive results. However, the vast majority of research statistics show that cinnamon has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antitumor and antidiabetic effects. Its effects on obesity, weight control, PCOS, LDL, HDL are still seriously discussed.
