In this context, psychosocial support is provided to the children staying at Osmangazi Social Life Center Patient and Relatives Guest House, Keçiören Municipality Social Development Center (TOGEM) and Ali Özdemir Sports Hall Guesthouse within the body of the Municipality, and psychosocial support for the families accommodated in the houses at the Keçiören Municipality Family Therapy Center upon their request. service is provided.
In addition to the psychosocial support program for children, various activities including story reading time, creative drama, chess, abalone and intelligence games are provided to enable the victims to socialize. In addition, excursions are organized for children to Anıtkabir and to the Sea World, Natural Life Park and Estergon Castle in Keçiören.
Keçiören Mayor Turgut Altınok, who said that earthquake survivors staying outside of Keçiören can also get support from the Family Therapy Center, said, “We can’t do anything for our brothers, flowers and angels during the earthquake. We provide psychosocial support services for our citizens and angels staying in our facilities within our municipality.
