ARRIVAL EXERCISES
- PEDAL MOVEMENT
Moving as if pressing the pedals in a car, keeping your heels stationary
- AIR PEDAL MOVEMENT
As in the first movement, but this time with your knee parallel to the ground, pedal movement in the air with your ankle fixed, as if pressing the pedal in the air.
- SITTING FINGER MOVEMENT
Elevate your foot from heel to toe while sitting in your chair.
- STANDING FINGER MOVEMENT
Raising and descending on your toes will work your calf muscles more if you do this as slowly as possible. You can do this with both feet together first.
In the second phase of the movement, you can hold on to your seat and rise on one leg.
- STAND Squat
Squat with your knees bent.
- STANDING STRETCHING MOVEMENT
While leaning your hands against the wall, bring one foot closer to the wall and leave the other foot behind. Then, keeping your back foot completely still, stretch your forward leg.
