It is a disease called “Hypospadias” as we use the term “Sunnah of the Prophet” or urination from the bottom among the people, and where the urinary hole is located lower than where it should be normal.
This ailment is a congenital anatomical problem. Although there are types depending on the different levels, it is generally a condition that needs to be corrected by surgery and circumcision should be performed.
Even in the mildest form of hypospadias, it is absolutely necessary to be evaluated by Pediatric Surgeons and circumcision or surgery should be performed under surgical conditions.
Success rate is very low in patients who apply for correction surgery after normal circumcision. The reason for this is that the foreskin is used as a support tissue for the normal placement of the urinary canal in this disease.
