Our pioneer psychologist, Sigmund Freud, who systematically uses psychotherapy with certain methods, in other words, puts psychotherapy into a system and uses modern psychotherapy, that is, the data obtained through scientific observation, by keeping records. Sigmund Freud combined scientific data with the spiritual structure of man. When we look at Freud’s life, he was born in the village of Pfibör in Austria-Hungary of his time. His father is a wool merchant who barely makes a living. Freud’s mother, who was his father’s third wife, was fond of Freud, calling himself “my golden magic”. By the age of 12, he could speak 6 languages fluently. He had an obsessive degree of interest in work. At this age, he started keeping track of his dreams as a hobby. Even from here, he was giving signs of the person he would be in the future.

The psychoanalytic theory was put forward by the Australian neurologist Sigmund Freud of the 20th century, who is widely known especially in the field of social sciences and is also known by popular culture. Theory states that much of what we think and do is driven by the unconscious as a process. Although it is not the focus method used in today’s counseling and therapy, it appears as the most comprehensive and effective personality theory of the theories that have been created so far, most importantly, addressing the social sciences and the intellectual environment.
