Jealousy is an emotion that can arise in any close relationship. When it is experienced very intensely and cannot be controlled, it can damage the relationship and cause people to experience a wearing process. Jealousy contains many complex emotions. It is triggered by the fear of losing a loved one, and when faced with the danger of losing it, it comes to the surface with emotions such as anger and sadness.

The aim of this study is to present the Physiological and Psychological Examination of Jealousy scientifically. In this study, which is based on the neurobiology of jealousy and its relationship with psychology, it is essential to explain which hormones cause the feeling of jealousy in the individual and what kind of reflections jealousy causes in the psychological world of the individual in this study. In the axis of jealousy types, the differences and similarities of the individual’s jealousy towards the object and the jealousy of the individual to another individual should also be considered. From a Freudian point of view, it is necessary to explain the childhood period of the individual and what kind of processes the individual goes through from youth to old age with many other theories and to what extent these processes push the individual to jealousy.
