STRESS AND ANXIETY DURING THE PREFERENCE PERIOD The exam results, which the students who went through a difficult process, eagerly awaited, were announced. First of all, I would like to convey my best wishes to everyone. Some students were happy with the result they expected, while others were disappointed by not achieving the desired result. After a stressful exam preparation period, an extremely uncertain and stressful choice period begins, which does not reveal itself until the exam result is announced. First of all, our students should not ignore that everyone in their situation goes through the same stress and anxiety process. Do our students, who are especially confused by the excitement and stress of choice, have the right information about what they want to do, their career goals and which profession they will choose? During this period, it is imperative that we provide correct information to prevent students from making wrong decisions and to be motivated.
