It is a brain-derived headache disease, the cause of which is unknown, causing recurrent headaches that impair quality of life. Its incidence is high in every society. It has a high familial predisposition. It occurs spontaneously or when exposed to certain triggering factors (such as stress, sleep disturbance, hunger, fatigue, travel, hormonal changes) in people with a genetic predisposition. The repetitive feature varies from person to person. The vast majority of patients feel that their attacks have started. Before the onset of pain, there may sometimes be antecedent symptoms such as changing appetite, restlessness, personality change, depression, irritability, enthusiasm, tension in the neck, and fatigue. Diagnosis is made by looking at the clinical features typical of these diseases as determined by careful investigation and excluding other options in the differential diagnosis. When migraine is not treated appropriately, it can seriously impair the quality of life, reduce the performance of the person and cause long-lasting pain.

Sleep apnea (stopping breathing during sleep) and snoring disease
by clinicby clinicSLEEP APNEA (SLEEP RESPIRATORY) AND Snoring Disease Sleep Apnea (Sleep respiratory arrest) disease is a disease that all Ear, Nose and Throat physicians have been focusing on since 1985. From the tip of the nose to the vocal cords, all kinds of obstacles blocking the respiratory tract cause respiratory arrest and snoring during sleep. Let me point out here that not every snoring patient has sleep apnea, but every sleep apnea patient snores. The cessation of breathing air entering the mouth and nose for 10 seconds is called apnea, and more than 5 apnea attacks during a normal night’s sleep are called sleep apnea. The area where the root of the tongue and soft palate and the uvula join with the nasal passage is a self-narrowing region. When these structural strictures overlap each other, they vibrate with respiration and snoring occurs. Complaints in children; adenoids and enlarged tonsils. In adults; weakening of soft palate muscles
