MATERIALS:

4 eggs, 2 tea glasses of sugar, 1 tea glass of yogurt, 1/2 tea glass of oil, 5 tea glasses of flour, 1 package of vanillin, 1 package of baking powder, Grated 1 lemon, 1/2 cup sour cherry (seeds removed)

PREPARATION:

Crack 4 eggs into a bowl. Add the sugar. Beat well with a mixer for 6-7 minutes. When the sugar and eggs are combined, add oil. Beat together with oil for 2-3 minutes. Then add the yogurt. Mix well with the yogurt. Sift 3 tea glasses of flour, add and mix. Add vanilla and baking powder. Grate the lemon and mix the cake batter. Then add the remaining 3 tea glasses of flour by sifting and mix. Mix well until you get a smooth cake batter. Grease your handcuffed bowl and pour the cake you prepared into it. Fix it up. Drop the cherries on your cake batter at random.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40 minutes. After removing the cake from the oven, let it rest at room temperature and remove it from the clamped pan.
