Vascular Injuries

Veins are structures made up of arteries and veins that provide blood circulation in our fingers. Heavy bleeding may occur after arterial cuts. After arterial cuts, pain occurs in the hand or fingers due to circulatory weakness in cold weather during the winter periods of the limb.

Treatment in Vascular Incisions

The treatment is done by hand surgery as Microsurgery. With the microscope, the ends of the veins are found and the vein is sutured all around. In vein repair, if the artery is repaired (ANASTAMOS), if the vein is repaired (VENORAFI). The blood circulation of the finger or hand is provided. The patient is kept under observation and blood circulation is monitored.
