The individual’s deficiencies are determined and a student-specific support program is determined. With this program, the individual is supported academically until they reach equal levels with their peers. Depending on the severity of dyslexia, the intensity and duration of the educational support offered varies. It should be noted that if students who have problems in reading skills at primary school level are not given education on time and with appropriate methods and techniques, this problem will increase in the future and it will be difficult to fix, and students will have to struggle with problems arising from reading difficulties throughout their lives.
