No official asks the health personnel who are affected by the earthquake and continue to work and are called to duty, how is your psychology? Is your house destroyed? How is your family? Saying.
Our healthcare professionals, who will serve our nation, should first know that they and their families are safe, so that the margin of error will be reduced to a minimum in the provision of health services that do not accept mistakes.

So what can be done?
First of all, our health care workers serving in the region should be rested without any conditions, Our health workers who want to be able to change places with our employees in other regions, even if it is for a temporary period of three to five months, If their relatives in the earthquake zone request, they are reassigned to their hometowns.
We think that the establishment of sufficient field hospitals in order not to work for fear of earthquakes is important in terms of morale, motivation and service quality of our health workers.
In this earthquake, in which tens of thousands of our citizens lost their lives, the destroyed hospitals showed that our health institutions, which will serve our people, should be built with the latest technology and earthquake-resistant so that they do not collapse.
And our friends in the region state that one of the most important problems in the region is the lack of coordination. Some of the problems experienced are those who go to the region and wait for hours, and those who are kept waiting at the airports for hours.
