~~ Do the exercises shown below fifteen times when you get up in the morning, at noon, in the afternoon and before you go to bed at night (four times a day). These exercises will speed up your recovery.

6) After breakfast and dinner in the morning, go out of the house for 20-30 minutes each and take a brisk walk.

You can take a bath, climb stairs, it’s okay to do household chores.

Pick up something from the ground by crouching, do not lift heavy loads.
