Today, dental implants are used a lot, and they have come a long way technologically. Our implant applications are applied under local anesthesia for approximately 1.5 to 2 hours after adequate bone level and clinical and radiological examination of anatomical formations. If it will be applied to both the lower and upper jaw, 2 sessions can be done. Pain is not felt during the surgery due to the effect of anesthesia, very little pain and swelling is expected the next day with the use of postoperative cold application and the use of prescribed drugs. Temporary teeth are prepared depending on our patient’s request within 48 hours following our implant application. Implants have a period of 3 months to bond to the bone (osseointegration), but this period can be reduced to 2 months depending on the implant used. At the end of 3 months, the implant prosthesis is prepared in approximately 2-3 weeks with the measurements taken from our patient.
