Why Do We Need to Attack Food? Eating is a physiological need in people’s lives. Sometimes we forget that this need is physiological and we make eating a social need. The biggest problems usually start at this stage because after a while we can’t even watch TV without eating. When we take the activity of eating to the center of our lives and attach great meanings, when the time comes, we start to eat as if we will lose ourselves and as if we will never reach that food again.
