Special Education The studies that cover the education and training of children who are separated from normal children in terms of physical, mental, emotional and social development characteristics are called special education. A lot of work is being done for specially educated individuals who make up 14% of the world’s population and for them to live and integrate with the society. In order for the society to see disabled people and learn to live together, this article provides a brief introduction to the basic concepts of special education.
