It is applied to patients who do not require surgery. these patients should not have progressive loss of strength and urinary incontinence. In the visual aspect, that is, at the level of the hernia, the disc height should not decrease more than 50% and the hernia should not be larger than one-third of the canal. If these criteria are present, surgery is preferred. In most of the patients, the pain is relieved by the treatments to be applied to the nerve root and the sheath where the nerves called epidural space are located, without the need for burning treatment. If hernia reduction is performed with laser or radiofrequency, it takes 1 month for the patient to return to normal life. In other treatments, 1 day of rest is sufficient.
