Karabağlar Municipality, which provides uninterrupted support to the citizens who came to the disaster area and Izmir after the earthquake disaster that stifled Turkey, also offers face-to-face psychological counseling services. Working under the Social Aid Affairs Directorate, 4 experts hold face-to-face meetings in order to minimize the trauma experienced by the citizens.
Citizens who settled in Karabağlar district and were damaged in the earthquake can make an appointment by calling 0 232 414 81 39 and 414 81 57 during working hours. Face-to-face meetings are held at the Social Aid Affairs Directorate next to Bozyaka Pazaryeri.
Karabağlar Mayor Muhittin Selvitopu stated that dozens of citizens have benefited from this service, which has been provided free of charge, and said, “Our multidimensional support will continue to our citizens who come to the disaster area and from there to İzmir. We will work with all our strength and we will get through these troubled days with solidarity and unity,” he said.
