Derya Uluğ, who paid 80 thousand TL from her own pocket for the part of ‘Canım Dedikm’, which she sang for ‘Bergen: Hürmet Album’, had to throw away her music video because Bergen producers caused problems.
The life of Bergen, one of the famous names of arabesque, also known as “The Woman of Pain”, was presented to movie lovers on the big screen in the past weeks. The threats of his wife, who shot Bergen after the much talked about production, and the arguments that a crisis broke out because the directors’ names were not included in the promotional posters, became the agenda in the social media.
Endless issues arose in the “Bergen Respect” album project, which appeared in memory of Bergen in the same periods. Musician Derya Uluğ, who sang Bergen’s “Canım Dediks” module for the album, spent 80 thousand TL from her own pocket for the clip.
The clip, which was edited in the form of movie scenes, was not approved by the producers of Bergen cinema. Derya Uluğ had to trash the module’s clip due to the producers’ blocking.
