Famous artist Ferdi Tayfur agreed with a construction company to renovate the old retaining wall of his villa in Sarıyer in October and November 2017. However, after the disagreement between the parties, the construction company quit the job. Upon this incident, the company called Aksu Cluster, which only had to do the cutting process of the retaining wall, finished the entire job.
According to the news in Sabah; The company claimed that 55 thousand TL was spent for 21-meter-long cutting and new construction processes, and that the craftsman paid them 30 and 10 thousand TL to the company that left the job.
FERDI TAYFUR LOSE THE CASE
Aksu Cluster requested a payment of 64 thousand 900 TL in total, including 18 percent VAT. . However, Ferdi Tayfur did not make the payment of 24 thousand 900 liras, even though 5 months have passed since the production. Thereupon, enforcement proceedings were initiated.
Tayfur stopped the enforcement proceedings, but Aksu Küme applied to the Istanbul Civil Court of First Instance through his lawyer and demanded the cancellation of the objection and the judgment of denial of execution.
The court decided to accept the case and ordered Ferdi Tayfur to pay a total of 24 thousand 900 liras.
