DANISH STUDY
In a study conducted by Danish Dr. Lars Westergaard et al. on 273 patients, a pregnancy rate of 39% was found in the group in which in vitro fertilization and acupuncture were applied together, and 24% in the group in which only in vitro fertilization was applied.
The results of this study were published in the May 2006 issue of the journal Fertility & Sterility.
AUSTRALIAN STUDY
was conducted on 228 patients. Pregnancy occurred in 31% of the group with acupuncture supplement and 23% in the group without supplementation.
1. PAULUS STUDY
In a study conducted by German doctor Paulus and his team on 163 patients, pregnancy occurred in 42% of the group with acupuncture supplement and 26% in the group that did not.
2.PAULUS STUDY
It was conducted on 200 patients. Pregnancy rate was 37% in the group in which only in vitro fertilization was applied, and 43% in the group that received acupuncture before and after the transfer.
