The conditions of treatment are as follows:
The patient should stay away from alcohol for at least 12 hours before coming to treatment – just like in smoking treatment. This makes us come to the patient in a state of deprivation. And we see the symptoms clearly and benefit from this situation in shaping the treatment. Symptoms are often tremors in the hands, restlessness, variable arterial blood pressure, insomnia, etc. In the first session, the patient’s anxiety is resolved first. In the following sessions, liver, kidney and autonomic functions are returned to normal. A state of complete physical and mental balance is created. In order for these results to be seen satisfactorily, as in all addiction treatments, the patient must accept the seriousness of his condition and come to treatment of his own free will. Depending on the physical and psycho-social condition of the patient, the doctor may ask for help from the patient’s immediate environment before and after the treatment. Because before and after the session, addictive substance intake is strictly prohibited. Otherwise, the treatment will not be successful.
In conclusion:
If the patient and doctor work within a conscious and coordinated program in treatment, success is inevitable.
Frequency of treatment:
The duration of the treatment and the frequency of the sessions are determined according to the needs of the patient. Initially, a maximum of 6 days a week will be appropriate. In the following processes, the number of sessions should be sparse and continued. Treatment for alcohol addiction can sometimes take a long time.
