Cellulite; It is a disease that occurs when subcutaneous fat cell groups impair blood and lymphatic circulation.
In cellulite, regional fat accumulation occurs first. Fat accumulated over time compresses the veins and impairs circulation. The serum leaking from the vessel walls as a result of circulatory disorder collects in the tissue spaces and forms tissue edema. With the pressure of fat, abdomen and fluids, the tissues cannot be fed and their structures are deteriorated.
While edema causes the communication between blood and fat cells to be disrupted and the metabolism of fat cells to be impaired, on the other hand, it causes the structure of the connective tissue to deteriorate and harden. Fibrotic bands formed between adipose cell groups form nodules composed of overgrown adipose tissue cells. These nodules cause depressions on the skin surface and an orange peel appearance. In a more advanced stage, the nodules stick together to form larger nodules and cause the skin to take on a quilted appearance. At this stage, pain may occur as a result of the pressure of the nodules on the nerves.
Aesthetics ceases to be a problem and becomes a medical problem. In other words, the orange peel appearance of cellulite, which causes aesthetic anxiety to women, is the tip of the iceberg. There is disease in the invisible part. Cellulite varicose causes fatigue, sagging and cracks in the skin.
Causes of Cellulite:
Hormonal causes: Excessive increase of Follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), which is secreted from the ovaries in women and prepares the ground for the formation of cellulite with its water retention feature in the tissues.
Genetics: If the mother has cellulite, her child may also have cellulite.
Circulatory disorder (vascular failure): Cellulite and vascular failure go parallel to each other. Cellulite, which occurs in the veins, wraps and tightens the veins and makes blood circulation more difficult. As a result, varicose veins occur. This gradually becomes more serious as cellulite, varicose veins, and more advanced vascular insufficiency.

Cellulite Treatment
Cellulite does not go away with a normal weight loss program. Medicine, cream or gel are not effective in treatment.
Acupuncture;
Acupuncture is a drug-free treatment with no side effects that is a solution to many diseases.
Adipose tissues are stimulated by the penetration of acupuncture needles into areas with cellulite. Fats are excreted by lymph circulation.
Collagen and elastin increase. Thus, with the increase of collagen, tightening is also achieved and the cellulite problem is solved without the problem of sagging.
Acupuncture increases blood and lymph circulation. It provides nourishment to the tissues.
It prevents cellulite formation by providing hormonal balance,
It is effective in cellulite treatment by solving edema and inflammation.
In cellulite, acupuncture treatment is performed in three stages.
Body acupuncture: The aim is to activate the energy in the meridians passing through the cellulite area and to remove stagnation. Since the spleen, gallbladder, stomach and bladder meridians are primarily passed in the thigh region, treatment programs are organized for them.
Acupuncture Electrolipolysis: In this treatment, it is aimed to increase the local blood flow in the cellulite area, thus removing the accumulated adipose tissue from the sick area by recirculating. The treatment is done by attaching needles and giving a certain frequency current to the needles with an electroacupuncture device. There is no pain in the process, even a vibration that relaxes and relaxes the person is felt in the tissue.
In the third stage of the treatment, after the acupuncture needles are removed, a special oil is applied to the cellulite area and a cupping treatment is applied. With the local effect of the special oil applied to the cellulite area and the cupping treatment, the fat accumulated in this area is removed by joining the circulation. At the same time, the skin is provided with a flat appearance.
At least 8-10 sessions of treatment are applied, two sessions per week.
