If we consider a separation, we can consider the process as “renewal and recovery”, or as a “destruction, resentment”. What matters is how you perceive and evaluate the event you encounter.
If you think that bad events always find you, it may be good for you to change your perspective and reinterpret the event with empathy. If our brain is used to looking the same, it will start seeing different landscapes the same way, instead you should focus on the mental point of view rather than perceptually.
Make a difference; Changing your mental point of view will perhaps change your life.
