DARDANEL TUNA SANDWICH
Materials:
1 box of 140 gr. Dardanel Ton with olive oil
half red onion
1 pickled cucumber
1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
1 teaspoon mustard
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of black pepper
4 sprigs of parsley
Juice of half a lemon
4-6 leaves of lettuce
sandwich bread
Preparation of:
First, we open our Dardanel Ton and put it in a container. Then we cut our half red onion thinly. After the onion, we also cut our pickled cucumbers thinly and put them in our mixing bowl. We add our finely chopped parsley, a spoonful of mayonnaise, mustard, juice of half a lemon and finally salt and pepper. We mix all our ingredients well. We cut our bread in half. We put our lettuce leaves in it and the mixture we prepared on it. By the way, if you don’t prefer red onions, you can also use fresh onions. Our sandwich is ready, bon appetit.
