Non-surgical lumbar hernia treatment with laser is performed without harming the patient, cutting the skin, touching nerves, bones and veins. Laser energy, which is delivered to the worn disc joint between the spine bones with the help of special needles, vaporizes a part of the joint.
As in herniated disc surgery, a significant part of the joint is not removed. Even a very small volume reduction created in the joint with the laser causes a significant reduction in pressure, resulting in the disappearance of low back pain and sciatic pain.

Although pain relief is usually detected immediately after the procedure, hernia shrinkage may take several weeks to reveal full and permanent results.
