Burhaniye Municipality continues to provide free services to the elderly and needy patients living in the district with the “Home Care and Health Service” project.
Citizens who are old and have health problems are regularly visited by the Municipality teams at their homes. According to the needs of the sick citizens in need of care, the procedures that need to be done in the hospital daily or at regular intervals are also offered to them by the Health Affairs Directorate Teams within the scope of home health services.
In this way, their needs are met without leaving the comfort areas of the home, without going to the hospital and without waiting in line. In case of need, the transfers to hospitals or necessary health institutions are also carried out by ambulances belonging to the Municipality, and the citizens are regularly at home dressing, injection, blood sugar and blood pressure measurements.
