Two veterinarians and one assistant staff assigned by Keçiören Municipality to care and treat the dear friends in the earthquake area continue their work in Kahramanmaraş and Hatay. The teams that control the domestic animals removed from the rubble and the animals in rural areas also perform surgical intervention when they deem necessary. Physicians working in the center, districts and villages of the two provinces also distribute food to other earthquake zones needed under the coordination of AFAD.
Keçiören Mayor Turgut Altınok, who stated that veterinarians work in the disaster area for the treatment of animals that were adversely affected by the earthquake, said, “While we are covering the wounds of our earthquake victims, we are also treating our dear friends. Our veterinarians are working in the field to care and treat our animals, which are both under the rubble and affected by the adverse conditions in the disaster area. Our physicians are struggling devotedly to restore health to our dear friends by providing them with full-fledged care and treatment services. May Allah be pleased with all our staff and volunteers who work to heal the wounds in the earthquake area. he said.
