Almost every person complains of low back pain at some point in his life. Painful attacks are easy to treat, and localized pain is difficult to treat.

Lift and transport heavy items correctly. • Avoid movements that force your back in our daily life and work environment.

Exercise regularly.

Choose your bed well, sleep in the right sleeping position.

Exercise strengthens the spine, reduces the possibility of strain and injury, corrects your posture, reduces low back pain. It is very important to do exercises to accelerate the recovery, prevent the recurrence of low back pain, and strengthen the condition.
