In the treatment of migraine, the application of a pain pacemaker is as follows: An electrode is placed on a nerve located at the back of the head responsible for migraine, and the tip of this electrode is combined with a generator, that is, a battery, that produces the current that will relieve pain. As a result of pain pacemaker application, 50% reduction in pain attacks in the first month and 80% reduction in the second month is expected.
