stay in the moment

by clinic

The human being is the only being that can think of the past and the future at the same time. People who think too much about the past and the future may have difficulty focusing on the present and may unconsciously refuse the opportunity to change their lives. However, yesterday affects today, today affects tomorrow, and tomorrow affects the future. Our past moments come back to us in the form of memories and pain. So, are you one of those who focus on the memories side or the pain side?
is it? The moments we call memories do not have the effect of causing us distress in the future. People who have difficulty in confronting and accepting the events of the past may have to shoulder the burden of the past and carry it to the future. This, in turn, not only affects their current life, but also takes away their ability to have a positive outlook on the future. To lighten a little from the burden of the past; Whatever is going on is realized with the ability to remove it from where it is, to face it, to accept it and to continue on its way despite it. This requires effort and stability. To give a few examples, let’s say you fell off a bicycle once as a child, do you worry every time you see a bicycle now? Have you lost your trust in all other people because you were cheated on in a relationship? Do you generalize the feeling of being unwanted in the past because you are an unwanted baby and think that not everyone wants you? We may have been exposed to more negative emotions and behaviors in the past than we can count. But now we live in the present, not in the past. We must be determined to put aside the burden of the past and heal our wounds. Again, the individual can decide for himself the level of being affected by the events that affect him and reduce his power and energy. There are always mistakes and flaws. These mistakes and flaws can determine many of our current positive traits. If you have decided to face the past events, accept them and move on, please contact our institution.
or you can get help from any expert.
