Today, people use breathing therapy in the treatment of many psychological disorders such as panic attacks, stress, anxiety disorders, sleep problems, phobias, and hyperactivity.

There is no age limit to learn how to breathe properly. But the earlier you start learning how to breathe correctly, the more permanent and beneficial it will be. It has been realized that breathing exercises are extremely effective in ensuring the integrity of the body, emotions and thoughts. Thanks to this awareness, correct breathing techniques have been taught to children in schools and kindergartens.
