An existential crisis is an opportunity to face ourselves and change to find our way. There are times in life when we get tired and ask questions. Why am I here? What is my purpose in life? Am I doing the right thing? What if I die? Everyone has experienced such existential crises at some point in their life, but the specific questions they ask themselves can vary. Any part of our lives can experience an existential crisis. These crises can occur in people from all walks of life. They are not dependent on material wealth. They often occur when things get out of control. Suddenly everything we trust becomes unreliable.

Intolerance of uncertainty is experienced as a situation in which we impoverish our lives while trying to avoid environments where we experience a lot of stress and anxiety, and where there is a possibility of uncertainty, outbursts of anger. Although this state of strain is quite understandable, one of the steps that helps us cope is to intervene in our feelings and thoughts that feed intolerance.

FACTORS LEADING TO THE END OF MARRIAGES 1) INTERVENTION FROM THE OUTSIDE: The negative effects of family and friend groups are the most common interventions. Family members and valued friends opposing your partner, rejecting him or constantly talking negatively about him starts to alienate you from him. There is no sense of “we” in relationships that are open to outside interference. 2) EXTREME Jealousy: Jealousy includes feelings of selfishness, suspicion, inadequacy and insecurity. The person who is extremely jealous actually sends the message that I do not trust you constantly to the other party. A low dose of jealousy is perceived as I care about you, while an overdose is perceived as not caring. The person’s range of motion is narrowed and he cannot express his feelings and thoughts comfortably.
