Food sales in the open is a risky situation in all 4 seasons. However, this risk increases in the summer months. Meat and dairy products are the foods that spoil more in the summer months. It is a perishable food source, especially depending on the chicken production rules. Humidity and temperature are the most important factors of this kind of deterioration. Because the high temperatures necessary for the reproduction of microorganisms in the summer months are especially effective in this region.
RISK OF Spoilage INCREASES
It is possible to prevent food from spoiling and prolong its life by keeping it at low temperatures. Outdoor food is directly affected by the temperature and humidity in the air, and is in direct contact with microbes. Chicken doner consumption is very heavy at every turn, regardless of the season. Chicken doner kebab is sold in contact with the polluted air outside in many places. When heat is added to this, deterioration in white meat becomes inevitable. For this reason, the presentation and the environment in which the food is sold is as valuable as its preparation.
