Red meat is rich in cholesterol and is very high in calories. For this reason, excessive consumption of red meat during the feast is risky for heart and blood pressure patients. In particular, over-salted roasted and grilled meat consumption is harmful for blood pressure and heart patients. These patients should not consume red meat excessively and should not over-salt the meat. Particular attention should be paid to male patients with coronary heart disease, over 40 years of age, less active, overweight, high cholesterol and high blood pressure.
Patients with high cholesterol should also avoid consuming excessive red meat. Fat should not be used as much as possible and the fatty parts of the meat should be separated before cooking. It is healthier to cook red meat in small pieces together with vegetables. It should also be noted that parasites can be found in organs such as the liver and spleen of victims.
