Oryantal Didem Kınalı bought a duplex flat with a tenant in Beyoğlu, Cihangir on 21 December 2021. He saw that the tenant Fatma Eser E. had rented the independent part numbered 5, but included the apartment numbered 6, the other independent part, into the area of use, in opposition to the lease contract, since the flat in question was composed of two independent and different parts.

Thereupon, Didem Kınalı asked tenant Fatma Eser E. to vacate the independent section numbered 6. However, the tenant stated that he would not vacate the flat and continued to pay 2 thousand TL as the rent. Thereupon, Didem Kınalı, through her lawyer Ebru Sarıtaş, filed a lawsuit for the redetermination of the rental price at the Istanbul Civil Court of Peace.

Oriental Didem said, “There were two independent parts in the real estate I bought in Cihangir. The person I bought the house from said that the tenant’s contract expired in May.
