The place and importance of neural therapy in infertility treatment

Abstract:
It is possible to make significant contributions to infertility cases with neural therapy. First of all, a detailed history is taken from the patient and the factors that play a physical and psychological role are examined, then, if necessary, a preliminary diagnosis is made with the help of some laboratory and imaging methods. After consultation with the obstetrician, a treatment plan is created (5,10,71,72).
All of the diagnostic methods at our disposal provide a holistic approach that concerns the whole body regarding the patient’s complaints and findings, and these examinations can lead us to the correct diagnosis if they are made for the right organs and functions. This holistic approach is an indispensable principle for a neural therapist (2,3,4,5,7,9).
In the holistic approach, it is examined whether the regulation of the organism is sufficient. Regulation in general is nothing more than the body’s reaction to a stimulus. After the stimulus given to the body, the response of the body is monitored. The deviation in this response may lead us to the diagnosis of diseases. The reaction of the body may be within normal limits, as well as in the form of weakened reaction, exaggerated reaction and paradoxical (reverse) reaction. All these reactions should be distinguished from each other (1,6,11-15,21,22,27,30)
As physicians who apply the neural therapy method during our daily practices, it is extremely important to have a thorough knowledge of the anatomy of this region. Because only by this way, it will be possible to interpret the findings detected in the physical examination correctly, to achieve the goal of the injections we apply, and to prevent some complications that may occur (20,23,26,31,32).
In the neural therapy protocol, an approach is organized in the form of local, segmental, extended segmental, elimination of disruptive areas and intravenous treatments, and local anesthetic agents are injected into different parts of the body (40,53,55,58,60,61,65)
CONCLUSION
In short, neural therapy is a method that is used effectively in many gynecological problems, including infertility, and it is possible to get satisfactory results and make serious contributions to the field of infertility (5,10,71,72).
In the holistic approach, it is examined whether the regulation of the organism is sufficient. Regulation in general is nothing more than the body’s reaction to a stimulus. Because only in this way, it will be possible to interpret the findings detected in the physical examination correctly, to reach the target of the injections we apply, and to prevent some complications that may occur.
In the neural therapy protocol, an approach is organized in the form of local, segmental, extended segmental, elimination of disruptive areas and intravenous treatments, and local anesthetic substances are injected into different parts of the body (1-8 ,11,12,13, 56,60,72).
