Tension in business life is known as an inconvenience caused by troubles and high ideals. So what is burnout syndrome? How is it treated? Here are all the wonders…
What is burnout syndrome?
Burnout is used to describe an emotional, mental and physical exhaustion caused by excessive and prolonged tension. It occurs when you feel overwhelmed and cannot always meet your demands. As the tension continues, you begin to lose the interest or motivation that allowed you to take on an obvious role in the first place.
Caused by intense tension and high ideals
The term “burnout”, first defined in the 1970s, was coined by the American psychologist Herbert Freudenberger. He used it to explain the consequences of violent tension and high ideals in “stressful” occupations. Surprisingly, there is no clear definition of what burnout really is. As a result, it is not clear what exactly burnout is and how it can be diagnosed.
