They should be supported by the depressed person, and they should do everything in their power to help him regain his old health. It is a disease that can be completely corrected when patiently supported by taking all these into consideration and leaves no permanent traces on people. The person should find activities that will color the life of the person If he does not remember the things that he loved and enjoyed before, he should support, remind and redirect his relatives. Eating foods should be taken care of and one of the biggest factors is to try to stay away from stressful environments.
