Face yoga technique
Step one: Press both middle fingers against the inner corner of your eyebrows. Then apply pressure to the outer corners of the eyebrows with the index fingers.
Step 2: Place your index and middle fingers on the corners of your eyes and eyebrows and gently press to relax your eye area.
step 3: Create a C-form around your eyes with your fingertips and press gently. Free your forehead and open it as wide as your eyes can.
Step 4: Create a V letter at the beginning and end points of your eyebrows with your fingers, press and pull and squint as much as you can
