“IMMUNITY BARGAIN” is of course an analogy. Our body uses the immune system to clear out self-harming factors. The immune system is like a dustbin. All harmful factors are thrown into this barrel. However, the capacity of the barrel is not endless, it fills up to the brim over time, it starts to overflow, especially if we are using coarse. It is our genes that determine which disease will occur and how we will show signs of disease.
Our genetic makeup can make us prone to certain diseases. But genetic factors are not our unchangeable destiny. Just because we have a disease-associated gene does not necessarily mean that we will one day get sick. The emergence of diseases can be prevented if the negative factors that will activate the disease genes are reduced and the “immune barrel” is prevented from exceeding its limit. What Fills Our Immunity Keg? What can we do?
1. ELECTROMAGNETIC EXPOSURE: The biggest and most dangerous pollution of the age. Worst of all, it is not adequately researched because it is not taken into account by many researchers, moreover, the determined data is hidden, just like it was with cigarettes 60-70 years ago. Cell phones and wireless internet connections are the first things that come to mind when it comes to electromagnetic exposure. However, the harmful factors are not limited to these. All kinds of electrical appliances, especially cordless phones, baby monitors, televisions and even hair dryers.
How to avoid this factor that permeates our lives so much? The closer such devices are to us, the more harmful it is. It is necessary not to be close to the mentioned devices, especially during sleep, and to turn off the wireless internet connection when we are not using it. Do not sleep with your cell phone, electric clock etc. at your bedside!! Some semi-precious stones are also known to reduce these harmful effects. The best solution is to meet with nature as much as possible, to get rid of this electromagnetic cage in which we are trapped in the city.
2. ALLERGIES: Allergies are one of the factors that keep your immune system busy and quickly fill our immune barrel. Especially food allergies. Many allergens can be overlooked because they act in a different place than the entrance door. For example, food allergies can manifest themselves in the respiratory tract. If we think of our allergies as a big train, the 3 important allergens that pull this train are Wheat, Egg and Cow’s Milk. If these locomotive allergies are solved, our immune system copes with other allergies much more easily, it doesn’t fill our barrel too much. Especially the genetically modified “WHEAT” seriously challenges our immunity. The only solution to allergies is not to avoid the allergen, but there are different solutions such as “Bioresonance” in this regard.
3. TOXIC SUBSTANCES AND HEAVY METALS: Every day we encounter thousands of food preservatives, heavy metals in vaccines, harmful gases in the air we breathe in the city, toxic substances in the cosmetics you use, pesticides in fruits and vegetables. It is not possible to avoid completely, but it is possible to minimize it.

4. MICROBES: Many microbes can trigger the onset of chronic diseases. Microbes that initiate the process in some rheumatic diseases and cancers. As a physician, my opinion is “ANTIDEPRESSANT MEDICATIONS ARE NOT THE SOLUTION”. Although short-term use may be necessary in some cases, I must state that I do not find long-term use correct.
