Artist Yıldız Tilbe, in her social media account on March 12, in her posts about stray dogs, “People of the area where they are attacked by the dog clusters are poisoned. let them all die, what is it to tear people apart? Subsequently, some animal lovers and institutions protecting animal rights filed an error statement to the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office about Yıldız Tilbe. The famous artist claimed that he was insulted, and 26 people, including celebrities, filed a complaint against 11 institutions.
DEMANDED DEFENSE
Yıldız Tilbe said that they had set the agenda through her, that they had foamed the issue and told her “Cahil claiming that they made pronunciations as “female, animal-hating, mentally ill, you will die” and demanded protection for the presenters Seren Serengil, Bircan Bali and Arto.
IF THE DECISION IS NOT FOLLOWED, PRISON WILL BE IMPLEMENTED UP TO 10 DAYS
Evaluating Tilbe’s request for defense, the court evaluated the defendants Bircan Baliengil, and Arto not to engage in words and behaviors involving violence, threat, insult, humiliation or humiliation against Yıldız Tilbe for a period of 1 month, and not to disturb them with communication tools.
The court also decided to impose ‘forced imprisonment’ from 3 days to 10 days if 3 servers do not comply with the decision.
