Headache originating from the neck is the most prominent complaint
When blood pressure is high, complaints such as headache, nose bleeding, and shortness of breath may occur, especially from the neck. High blood pressure may not cause any symptoms in some people and may not prevent the person from continuing their daily life. The patient can live for many years without knowing that he has a hypertension problem. However, when the disease is not taken under control, organs such as kidney, eye and heart are adversely affected by this situation.
Men are more at risk than women
95% of hypertension has no detectable cause. However, 5% of the patients have an increase in blood pressure due to another underlying cause, called secondary hypertension. Hypertension usually occurs between the ages of 35-50. Men are at a slightly higher risk of hypertension than women. Genetics is also one of the leading causes of hypertension.

Because both diseases have a negative effect on blood vessels. For this reason, blood pressure patients should definitely reduce their sugar consumption in order to avoid diabetes in the future.
4. Alcohol consumption: The incidence of high blood pressure increases in alcohol users. It is possible for people with hypertension to keep their blood pressure in balance by reducing the amount of alcohol while using their medications regularly.
