Carpal tunnel syndrome is the symptoms and signs that develop when the median border is compressed in the carpal tunnel at the wrist. Symptoms such as tingling, numbness, pins and needles and burning can be seen in the first three fingers and half of the fourth finger. The incidence in women is 3 times higher than in men.

1.Median Border Mobilization

Come to sitting position.

Open to the side so that the arm is parallel to the ground.

Look out of your hand.

Do 2 sets of 10 repetitions.
2.Tendon Glides

Bring your shoulder and arm to a 90-degree angle.

3. Flexor Muscle Massage

Place a hard ball on the front of your wrist.

Massage from wrist to elbow with a back-and-forth motion for 30 seconds.

Then continue the massage with oval movements for 30 seconds.
4. Flexor Muscle Stretch

Bring your hands together in front.

Lower it correctly without leaving your hands apart.

Feel your inner forearm muscles tense.

5. Extensor Muscle Strengthening with Theraband
