Because rice flour has anti-fungal properties, it provides effective results in the treatment of athlete’s foot. Mix a little rice flour with apple cider vinegar until it reaches a paste-like consistency, then apply it to the nails and rinse after waiting for a while. Apply regularly for 2 weeks.

Carbonate

Carbonate, which has effective properties for athlete’s foot, nourishes and softens the skin structure with the enzymes it contains. Add some baking soda to half a cup of water and mix. Apply to the affected area and leave for 10 minutes, then rinse with warm water. You have to do it regularly every day.

Thyme oil and olive oil

Mouthwash and white vinegar

Garlic and olive oil

Garlic contains antibacterial as well as antibiotic properties. Add chopped garlic in olive oil and bring to a boil. Strain the boiling mixture and wait for it to cool. Apply the cooled oil to the affected area with a cotton ball and rinse after a while. Do it systematically every day.

Lemon and olive oil

Lemon juice and olive oil mixture is a different test method for athlete’s foot. Mix equal amounts of lemon juice with olive oil and apply the resulting mixture to the nails with the help of cotton. After keeping the mixture on the nails for a while, rinse with warm water.

Lavender oil and tea tree oil

Lavender oil with antiseptic properties can be used in the treatment of fungus, it prevents the spread of the fungus and reduces its effects.

Mix 5 drops of lavender oil and 5 drops of tea tree oil and apply to your nails with the help of a cotton ball, wait for about 10 minutes and rinse with warm water. You can do it 3 times a day.
