Is 1 kilo fat or 1 kilo more muscle? :)

by clinic

hi everyone ????

I’m here today to clear up an issue that confuses many of us.

You see a serious difference in your body as a result of a healthy diet, but can’t you see this result on the scale? ????

The reason is very simple. Because the volumes of fat and muscle tissue of the same weight are different from each other. As you can see in the image above, 1 kilo of fat takes up more space in our body, while muscle occupies less space next to it. ????

Here is one more piece of information for you; A person who loses weight from -1 kilo of fat actually seems to have lost -1.7 kilos. This is how people’s body image works ????

⚠️ Attention ⚠️
The best indicator of fat loss is a tape measure????

So, do you focus on your weight on the scale or its content?
