6) After breakfast and dinner in the morning, go out of the house for 20-30 minutes each and take a brisk walk.

You can take a bath, climb stairs, it’s okay to do household chores.

Pick up something from the ground by crouching, do not lift heavy loads.

Please make an effort to get down to your ideal weight as soon as possible.

Do not drive for fifteen days.

No smoking!
