The understanding that men and women cannot be equal, which is the subject of research by Areda Survey, has begun to collapse. The perception that the woman is responsible for the house and the man for the social affairs has begun to lose its value compared to the previous years. According to the research, Turkish people see both religious and civil marriage as obligatory.
The information revealed as a result of Areda Survey’s survey continues to please for the future. The company, which continues to inform and enlighten people with its many researches, made a study on the social roles of women and men.

The research was carried out in the middle of 25-29 March 2022 on a total of 2000 people in 26 provinces selected by AREDA Survey according to the statistical zoning system.
In line with the questions directed to the participants in the survey, it was argued that 55% of the jobs that men and women will do are different. According to the results announced, compared to the responses given last year, while 43.6% advocated that men and women should be the same everywhere, there was a decrease this year, revealing that 31.7% of the society advocated that the roles of men and women should be one-to-one everywhere.
Despite this, 55.1% of those who think that each of them have different jobs to do, think that women are responsible for housing and men are responsible for social affairs. rate was 13.2%.

TURKISH PEOPLE SEES CIVIL AND RELIGIOUS MARRIAGE REQUIRED
Areda Survey’s research on how the subject of marriage in marriage is in Turkey “Which of the following judgments do you agree with regarding marriage in marriage?” To the question, 75.7% of the participants answered that both religious and civil marriage is necessary for marriage.
While the rate of those who considered the civil marriage sufficient was 19.4%, the rate of those who saw the religious marriage as sufficient was 1.6 percent.
On the other hand, 3.3 percent said that marriage is not very valuable for living together.
