It was planned to compare the results.
Materials and Methods: The data of a total of 249 patients were evaluated retrospectively. 12 of these patients
Recurrence was excluded because of the disease. 101 of the patients had GE, 68 had PK and 68 had F.
was done. Demographic characteristics, duration of symptoms, characteristic of the gluteal cleft, perioperative complications,
operative time and hospital stay, drain use and dressing status, pathological piece volume
Distance to anus and recurrence of disease were recorded.
Results: The mean operation time was 32.62±9.65 in the GE group; 53.23±15.40 in the PK group; in group F
It was 76.69±17.00 minutes (p<0.001). 3% (3) in the relapsed GE group; 4.41%(3) in the PK group; 2.9% in group F

moon; It was 26.56±9.88 months in group F (p<0.000).
Conclusion: All three techniques used can lead to low recurrence rates by selecting appropriate patients.
can provide. The size of the diseased tissue and the compatibility of the chosen surgical technique affect the recurrence rate.
